We do not give refunds on donations.
Product Refund/Exchange Policy
Hey there! We want you to be thrilled with your items from Dove Inc if
we ever offer anything for sale. If for any reason you're not satisfied,
here’s how our refund/exchange policy works:

1. Return Period
We do not do returns but we will exchange a defective item within 7
days: You must request an exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving
your item, if your item is defective.
2. How to Request an Exchange
Contact Us: Drop us an email with your order number and a brief
explanation of why you’re requesting an exchange.
Include Details: Make sure to include any relevant information, like
your order number and receipt, to help us process your request quickly.
3. Exchange Criteria
Conditions: Items should be in their original condition and packaging.
If the item is damaged or used, we may not be able to offer an e
exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items, like digital downloads or
personalized products, are not be eligible for exchange. We’ll let you
know if this applies to your item.
4. Processing Time
Refunds: Once we receive your item and approve it for exchange, we’ll
process your exchange within 7 business days. The exchange will be
issued to the same, original address.
Shipping Costs: Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. If
you’re exchanging an item, you’ll need to cover the return shipping
costs whether the item was defective or an error occurred.
5. General Exchanges
Just Need a Different Item? If you’d like to exchange an item, follow
the return process and place a new order for the item you want
exchanged.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
Oops! If you received a defective item or the wrong item, we’re really
sorry about that. Contact us, and we’ll sort it out for you, including
covering the return shipping.
